Refund Policy

At Iconic Prints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we aim to deliver every product in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return requests are accepted only under specific conditions. These include instances where the product received is damaged or incorrect in terms of design, size, or type. To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A full unedited unboxing video is mandatory, and the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving the product, selects the wrong size or color during checkout, or for minor color differences due to screen settings. Personalized and custom-made products are also not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any return request submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
For every return or refund request, the unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, the entire unboxing process without any edits or cuts, and a clear view of the product and the reported issue. This helps us verify claims fairly and maintain trust with all customers.
Once your request is approved, you may opt for either a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, the complete unboxing video (attached or shared via downloadable link), and supporting photographs. Our support team will review and respond to your request within 1 to 2 business days.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If your return is approved, you may request a refund and place a new order separately once the refund is processed.
If the return is due to customer error, such as choosing the wrong size or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Iconic Prints reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
