At Iconic Prints, we are committed to delivering your custom-printed memories quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered across India.
Order Processing
All products are made to order and require 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for processing and printing. During high-demand periods such as festivals or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout India using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and others. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days for metro cities, and 4 to 8 business days for non-metro or remote areas. These are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other regional factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
For prepaid orders, we offer free shipping. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping Location
We operate from Surat, Gujarat, and currently offer shipping to all locations within India. At this time, we do not support international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Updates will be provided by the courier service during transit. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team for assistance.
Delays or Delivery Issues
Although we aim for timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays, such as incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, courier service disruptions, or natural events. If your order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please email us at iconicprintshelps@gmail.com with your order number for support.
Address and Delivery Instructions
To avoid delivery issues, please provide a complete and accurate address including any relevant building details or landmarks. Make sure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we offer two options. The order can be re-shipped after payment of additional shipping charges. Alternatively, you can request a cancellation and receive a refund for the product amount (excluding original shipping fees).
