2. Custom Product Orders
All products are custom-made based on the content uploaded or selected by the customer. These include polaroid-style photo prints, personalized photo albums, thank-you and greeting cards, wall prints, photo strips, and other gift items. Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution images, reviewing and confirming spellings, layouts, and design choices, and ensuring accurate shipping and contact details. We do not modify or proofread customer content unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure online options.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on the address and courier service. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier disruptions, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect in design, size, or type. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a full unboxing video (from sealed package to product) and clear images of the issue. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, layouts, logos, text, and customer-generated products, remains the intellectual property of Iconic Prints unless otherwise noted. No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

Iconic Prints is not liable for misuse of third-party content. Uploaded content is used solely for fulfilling your order and not for promotional or external use.

We are also not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or errors resulting from low-quality images. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
